Export contact metadata
You can export metadata for all the contacts in your filter results as a CSV file.
NOTE Workforce Optimization administrators determine which metadata can be exported. Workforce Optimization includes only exportable metadata in the CSV file.
Prerequisites
- You have the View Contacts permission.
- You have recordings within your scope.

Export contact metadata
- Filter contacts as desired. See Find contacts.
- (Optional) Add or remove columns from the page. The CSV download contains information from only the columns that are visible on the page. See Customize the columns on the Interactions page.
- Click the List options icon.
- Click Export table data to CSV. The file downloads to your device.
