Monitor connections to external calendars in Performance Management
Performance Management coaching sessions can appear as events on coaches'
NOTE Google integration is not yet generally available.
Prerequisites
- Your organization has enabled the new login experience. See Log in to Webex WFO with your subdomain URL for more information.
- You have the Administer Performance Management Essentials or Administer Performance Management Enterprise permission.
- You have scope over the coaches whose calendar connections you want to monitor. See Create and edit users for QM, Analytics, Insights, and Performance Management for more information about scope.
- Your organization has enabled external calendar connections. See Connect external calendars to Performance Management.

Procedure
View the calendar connection status for a specific person
Begin entering the person's name in the Search field. The list of users updates as you type. The Calendar Connection Status column contains one of the following statuses:
| Status | Definition |
|---|---|
| Gmail calendar connected | This person has connected their Google calendar to Performance Management. |
| No calendar connected | This person has not connected any external calendar to Performance Management. |
| Outlook calendar connected | This person has connected their Microsoft Outlook calendar to Performance Management. |
| WFM calendar connected | This person has connected their Webex WFO WFM calendar to Performance Management. |
