We added these new features and enhancements to Webex WFO in July 2026.

QM

Enhanced UCCE and UCCX ACD user sync process (July 7): We have updated the UCCE and UCCX ACD user sync process to take no action when a user sync returns an empty user list. The system now deactivates users only after three consecutive user syncs return an empty agent list.

WFM

Copy and paste in web schedules (Week of July 6, v. 2606.1.17): We have added the ability to copy a schedule and paste it to one or multiple dates and to other agent schedules. Users can perform this action from both the Day view and the Weekly view.

1103124	WFM	Forecasts	Fixed a performance issue with the queue selection list when creating or editing a skill. The queue selection list now responds more efficiently during skill creation and editing.
1091167	WFM	MyTime > Trade Hours	Fixed an issue where anonymous trades did not correctly evaluate the Must match skill setting, allowing trades that violated the Partial trade matching skill rule to be processed. Anonymous trades now correctly enforce the skill matching rules.
1090114	WFM	Requests > Absence Requests	Resolved a bug where approving absence requests generated negative values for the personal account balance. The personal account balance now updates correctly after absence request approvals.
1086597	WFM	RTA	Fixed an issue with the Color picker and Hex fields in Adherence rule sets. Users can now update colors correctly using both the Color picker and Hex fields.
1102604	WFM	Settings	Fixed an issue where the Open start and end time in UTC setting in the Absence profile for Workflow control sets was ignored. The setting now applies correctly to all absence period types, including Rolling and From-To.
